700-year-old mummy was found 2 meters below the road surface
People in Tanzou City in the Jiangsu Province of China were shocked after Chinese road workers came across a mysterious box while digging on the road surface.
They claim that they found the mysterious box after digging two meters below the road surface.
What surprised them even more is the fact that the wooden box was actually a wooden coffin containing a 700-year-old mummy and it is unbelievably in a good condition!
The Chinese archaeologists believe that it was a corpse of a high-ranking woman during the Ming Dynasty.
The condition of the mummy was indeed excellent. The features of this woman from head to toe was very excellent. They claim that the brown liquid in the coffin was the reason why the mummy was so preserved!
